Ideal leads the industry in providing a comprehensive training program culminating in the
Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) and the
Technical Services Certified (TSC) designations from the
American Staffing Association (ASA). The lengthy certification process expands the knowledge base of Ideal staff, which translates into better service to our clients and contract employees. Certification is required for managers and senior staff.
